Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Salary: £58,000 - £75,000 per annum.

Job Description

Established and well‑known leading property consultancy with over 300 staff nationwide is expanding its in‑house structural design team. This senior role will support the newly appointed Senior Director of Engineering and lead the growing Oxford team of structural engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, delivering and managing projects across industrial, energy and building sectors, including datacentres and substations.
• Hands‑on steel and concrete design and supervision of the design team.
• Preparing fee proposals and business development activities.
• Running projects, managing timelines, budgets and client relationships.
• Mentoring and developing junior staff.
• Occasional work from the London office, as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced Structural Engineer with solid steel and concrete design skills.
• UK Chartered Engineer status or near‑completion.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience managing projects and leading design teams is desirable.
