Europe’s #1 Integrated Defence Company seeks a talented Systems Engineer to support the design and delivery of next‑gen weapons and missile systems, focusing on the front end of the product life cycle.

The Company:

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship!
  • Requirements and Use Case analysis
  • Concept assessment and design trade studies
  • System architecture design and functional modelling
  • Performance assessment and systems behaviour analysis
  • Verification, Validation and Certification
  • Model‑based engineering techniques, including MBSE

Benefits Package:

  • Base salary: Up to £60,000 (DoE)
  • Overtime: Optional paid overtime - flat rate (1.25)
  • Flexi Leave: Up to 15 additional days
  • Holidays: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Pension: 14% (6% Employee and 8% Employer)
  • Share Incentive Plan: Opportunity to purchase shares via payroll before tax and NI.
