The Role
Are you ready to be a strategic partner in talent acquisition?
As a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a pivotal end-to-end role in delivering exceptional recruitment services and ensuring our clients secure top talent.
You'll be the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, guiding clients to fill their vacancies to target start dates while consistently meeting quality thresholds, SLAs, and KPIs.
Leveraging your expertise, you'll utilise data-led sourcing insights to craft optimal hiring strategies for each requisition. This means diving deep into data, analyzing historic hiring trends, and conducting thorough market analysis to pinpoint the best talent available.
This isn't just about filling roles; it's about strategic impact. You'll be aligned with high-touch client business units or stakeholder groups that demand extra attention. This often includes navigating more challenging or senior stakeholder dynamics, tackling complex or hard-to-fill roles, or focusing on positions with significant strategic importance. In some cases, you might even be the sole AMS resource in a specific geographical location, taking on an even broader scope.
If you're passionate about data-driven recruitment and thrive in a high-impact, client-facing role, this is your opportunity to excel.
