As our next Principal Urban Drainage Modeller in Leeds, Manchester, or Warrington, you'll be instrumental in:

  • Elevating team capabilities: Guide and train colleagues, fostering a new generation of experts.
  • Delivering impactful projects: Plan and coordinate critical urban drainage initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Setting the standard: Champion technical excellence and best practices, ensuring our innovative solutions consistently exceed expectations.

You'll collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team of 175 specialists across the UK, Pune, and our client and partner networks. This is your chance to make a tangible difference on industry-leading projects, driving innovation and leaving a lasting legacy in the water sector.

You will be degree qualified, with membership to a relevant institution e.g. CIWEM, ICE. You will have the ability to successfully lead projects in an urban drainage environment, demonstrating technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities. The ability to manage & develop more junior modellers in the team would also be beneficial, though there is scope to focus on a primarily technical role too.
