Role location: Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working. The salary for this role is up to £80k, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Technical leadership of defined work packages
• Leading and mentoring project team members
• Managing Requirements throughout the Engineering Lifecycle
• Proving Technical inputs to bidding activities
• Integration and production qualification activities
• Taking Prototypes and developing them into Products
• Work Package Generation

The skills you need

• Degree, HND or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline
• IfSE Membership And ASEP Or CSEP Qualifications Encouraged
• Familiar with systems engineering best practice
• Proven experience with electrical design and product development
• Experience with combat systems / UK MOD Maritime Weapons Equipment
• Competence with requirements management tools such as DOORs NG is preferred
• Competence with SYSML management tools such as Rhapsody is preferred
