Salary: 80,000+ (DOE)

Recognised for their expertise and client service, the team advises high net worth individuals, owner-managed businesses, and agricultural clients. You will join a well-established team of over 100 Private Client professionals, with a strong reputation and ambitions for growth across the region.

Responsibilities

• As Private Client Partner, you will lead the team and develop the firm's Private Client offering in Cheltenham and the surrounding area.
• Providing strategic leadership within the Private Client department
• Delivering high-quality legal advice across wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate
• Driving growth in the Three Counties region through client development and networking
• Overseeing and mentoring a team of solicitors and support staff
• Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining the firm's reputation for excellence
• Collaborating with fellow Partners to ensure firm-wide strategic goals are met
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and upholding professional standards

About You

• Qualified solicitor with extensive experience in Private Client law
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Approachable, supportive, and collaborative leadership style
• STEP qualification or active involvement in relevant professional bodies is desirable
