Private Client Solicitor / Associate
Location: Cheltenham - hybrid
Salary: 50-75,000

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Private Client team of a highly regarded Legal 500 firm. Known for excellence in client service and legal expertise, the team advises a broad range of high net worth individuals, including owner-managed businesses and agricultural clients. With a supportive culture and strong development focus, this firm offers the opportunity to work alongside recognised Partners and a Private Client team over 100 strong.

Responsibilities

As a Private Client Solicitor or Associate, you will handle a diverse caseload including wills, trusts, estate administration, tax planning and LPAs. You will also support high-value clients on complex matters, with opportunities to contribute to charitable trust work and international estate planning.

• Managing a wide range of private client matters
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Actively contributing to business development and networking
• Collaborating across the wider team to share knowledge and best practice

About you

• 1-5 years PQE in Private Client work
• STEP qualified or currently working towards
• Excellent technical knowledge and drafting skills
• Willingness to work flexibly across offices when required
