Are you a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE looking for a fresh challenge?

This role has come about through the firm’s organic growth and continued success. Private Client work is a cornerstone of the practice, and most instructions come from reputation, repeat clients, and referrals. You’ll be able to focus on high-quality legal work rather than chasing new business.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a varied Private Client caseload including Wills, LPAs, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts.
  • Work often involves complex estates with inheritance tax considerations, cross-border issues, and protecting family assets for future generations.
  • Be supported by experienced paralegals and assistants, allowing you to focus on building strong client relationships and delivering an excellent client experience.
  • Operate within a collaborative firm culture where autonomy and trust are valued and support is available as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client law or equivalent experience.
