My client is recruiting for experienced Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals to join their team on a fully remote basis. The award-winning firm is entrepreneurial and creative, offering great flexibility and a family-friendly culture. They have acquired several businesses to become one of the UK’s largest probate providers. The group can provide a fast-track route for fee-earners to become Salaried Directors within three years, contingent on achieving targets in three non-consecutive years. Their approach and core values define how they operate and the services they offer, with success driven by their people and client relationships.

Role and Responsibilities

You will take on an existing caseload of varied Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA’s, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop the work and will be encouraged and supported to build relationships with other departments and external referrers. You may also be involved in mentoring junior members of the department.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience in Private Client work (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal) is sought. The team includes STEP members and values sharing expertise to support one another. You will operate with autonomy to manage and develop your caseload and client relationships.
