This role is ideal for a seasoned lawyer who is ready to take on a senior-level position, manage a varied caseload, contribute to the growth of the team, and help develop the firm’s presence across Yorkshire. Who we’re looking for
A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years’ PQE Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts, Probate, Tax Planning, LPAs and Court of Protection Confident handling complex or high-net-worth estates and managing a full caseload independently Comfortable supervising or mentoring junior team members and supporting the development of others A collaborative, client-focused professional with excellent communication and organisation skills
What you’ll be doing
Managing a diverse caseload including wills, probate, trusts, elderly client matters, and high-value estate work Working closely with the Head of Department and broader private client network to deliver exceptional client care Supervising and mentoring junior solicitors and paralegals, contributing to team development Participating in marketing and business development to build the firm’s presence in Sheffield and Yorkshire Playing a key role in raising the profile of the department with the aim of achieving future Legal 500 recognition
Salary & Benefits
