Are you a skilled Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in your legal career? This is a brilliant opportunity to join a respected and growing firm in Andover - with a clear path to a future leadership or Head of Department role.

The firm is seeking an ambitious and client-focused solicitor with at least 2–3 years’ PQE in Private Client law. You’ll join a collaborative team and take ownership of a varied caseload while receiving the support and autonomy to progress quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Handling your own caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection work
  • Drafting high-quality legal documents tailored to each client's needs
  • Providing clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients and their families
  • Building and maintaining long-standing client relationships
  • Supporting more junior members of the team and contributing to a positive working environment
  • Keeping up to date with changes in Private Client law and best practice

What We're Looking For :

  • A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 2–3+ years' experience in Private Client law
  • Confident handling a range of matters including wills, probate, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Excellent communication skills with a warm and empathetic client approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A desire to progress into a leadership role in the near future
