With the current partner retiring, there’s an established pipeline of work ready to go, alongside regular new referrals from the clinical negligence and Court of Protection teams. You’ll manage a broad caseload, supervise a small team, and play a key role in the department’s growth – supported by a firm that values flexibility, autonomy, and ambition.

• Supervise a small team of junior staff
• Play a key role in the department’s growth and development

Qualifications

• Private Client Solicitor with 5–10 PQE
• Confident managing a full caseload independently
• Experience supervising junior staff
• Ambitious and ready to step into a leadership role
• Desire to develop contacts and build the team further (desirable, not essential)
