Intestate estate administration Drafting and administering LPAs and Wills Taxable and non‑taxable estate administration Client‑facing probate work (Optional) Exposure to Trusts and Court of Protection matters, including deputyship work

Ideal Candidate

3‑4 years PQE Confident in running files independently, with strong client communication skills Experience handling complex estates and an ability to manage active LPAs Trusts/COP experience is advantageous, but not essential A proactive, professional and client‑focused attitude
