The role
As a Private Client Tax Director, within our Private Wealth team, you will provide advice to clients in connection with their tax affairs and be responsible for managing day‑to‑day aspects of a significant portfolio including all aspects of finance, delegation and monitoring work in progress. You will work directly with partners but you will also have the opportunity for client ownership, and business development both in relation to new wins and new work from existing clients. You will have strong experience of working within practice and have exposure to the essential elements of client service and delivery.
An accountancy qualification, such as CTA, is generally considered to be essential for this role. Your personal journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team to provide soft skills development to include client and staff management. Depending upon your personal goals, objectives and needs personal coaching will also be available as your journey continues (beyond the formal qualifications already acquired) tailored to your own individual aspirations and can be part of assisting you to plot your route to Partner.
