This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role during a period of expansion. As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the PCT service line, building strong client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of talent within the team. The firm covers the full spectrum of private client services, including landed estates, family offices, agricultural clients, and entrepreneurs. With a forward-looking vision, they are looking for individuals who can enhance their offering and bring fresh perspectives, rather than simply adding new service lines. Lead and shape the Private Client Tax (PCT) service line in a leadership role during a period of expansion. Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development and market growth. Mentor and develop the private client tax team to support succession planning. Contribute to expanding the firm’s offering to landed estates, family offices, agricultural clients, and entrepreneurs while maintaining high service standards. Collaborate on strategic direction and future growth opportunities, including potential expansion to other locations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in private client tax advisory, with clear evidence of billings, book size, and contributions to team success. Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive client engagements and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
