Role Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts across private markets strategies, including private equity, private debt or real assets.
- Originate and develop relationships with Italian institutional investors.
- Represent the firm\'s platform at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
- Collaborate with internal investment teams and external managers to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and regulatory developments across Europe.
- Drive strategic growth in the Italian institutional channel.
Ideal Candidate
- 7-11 years of institutional sales experience, with 4-5 years in private markets fundraising.
- Proven track record of raising capital from Italian institutional investors.
- Deep network across Italian pensions, insurers, and family offices.
- Strong understanding of fund structures and investor expectations in private markets.
- Must be London-based and eligible to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
