Private Client Solicitor (Not suitable for NQ candidates - or open to a Senior Property Litigator)

My client is currently seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well-regarded and established firm. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.

Full time hours - permanent

Responsibilities

• Manage a full and varied private client caseload, including wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate administration.
• Provide high-quality advice to a diverse client base, including HNW individuals.
• Handle Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Actively contribute to business development and networking activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years PQE in Private Client Law. (This role is not suitable for NQ solicitors.)
• Strong technical knowledge with the ability to work autonomously.
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent client care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
