The Role

Join a busy Private Wealth team, working alongside partners and senior lawyers on tax-efficient succession planning, wealth structuring, trusts and estates (UK and offshore), asset protection, probate and disputes. Responsibilities include:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Preparing court and tribunal bundles.
  • Conducting legal research.
  • Liaising with clients, witnesses and counsel.

From day one, you''ll gain exposure to highly engaging and often complex/high-value Private Wealth matters.

Ambitious individuals can progress to a trainee solicitor role within 12-18 months.
