Process Architect/ Continuous Improvement Architect – 12 month FTC – London - £76,000 – Hybrid working (1-2 days a week in the office)

My client is seeking a forward-thinking Process Architect to lead the design, improvement, and governance of our Housing clients business processes. This pivotal role will help shape the Target Operating Model moving forward working across the business ensuring processes are well defined, process driven and customer focussed.

The Process Architect with define and govern the business process architecture ensuring it aligns with the operating model and corporate strategy. You will lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and process mining to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and deliver measurable impact.

You'll work at the heart of a high-performing, agile team, collaborating across Technology, Data, HR, and Strategy to embed Lean, Six Sigma, and best practice methodologies. Your work will ensure processes consistently deliver outstanding results for both customers and the business.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Proven leadership and experience in business process design, improvement and architecture within complex environments.
  • Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other process optimisation methodologies.
  • Experience working across business functions to deliver enterprise-wide change.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect day-to-day operations to broader organisational goals.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
