Overview

Proclaim Systems Developer role at Fletchers Group. Location: Manchester, Liverpool, or Southport. Hybrid working available – with the flexibility to work from home and collaborate in-office when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Proclaim Development: Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications and systems under the guidance of senior developers. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Advanced Development: Manage data integration and automation by configuring Web/REST services for case data exchange, handling data imports/exports via templates and SQL queries, and overseeing task server setup, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work in an Agile framework, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning/refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Collaborate with product owners, Project Managers and Business Analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • System Maintenance & Support: Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems, identify and resolve issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Documentation: Contribute to documentation of code, processes, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Quality Assurance: Help write tests and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Project Delivery: Deliver projects on time from initiation through testing, stakeholder acceptance, and closure; coordinate with the project team to manage availability, track progress, resolve issues, and capture lessons learned.
