Elevation Recruitment Group is delighted to represent a leading business located in Worksop in their search for a dedicated and driven Procurement Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the procurement function.
Key Responsibilities of the Procurement Administrator:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
- Liaise with suppliers to order necessary products, ensuring timely delivery
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and follow up on outstanding orders
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management
- Coordinate with various departments to review orders on rotation
- Assist in resolving any invoice discrepancies or issues
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities and performance metrics
Key Requirements of the Procurement Administrator:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
