Procurement Category Manager - Technology - Leading Energy Organisation - East Midlands (Hybrid: 1 day/week in office) - £53,000 to £65,000 + Bonus + Package

We're working exclusively with a leading organisation seeking a Procurement Category Manager - Technology to join their established team of procurement professionals. About the Role:

This is a permanent position within a well-established but evolving team in a highly respected energy and services organisation. The IT procurement team (currently 3 members) is expanding its Digital Technology capabilities. This role is part of a broader, collaborative Digital & Technology Procurement function.

You'll be:

• Leading and supporting sourcing initiatives across key technology categories: SaaS, managed applications, and end-user hardware
• Managing multi-million-pound contracts and supporting critical procurement decisions
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders in IT and other departments to understand demand and align sourcing strategies
• Promoting innovation and best practices through effective supplier engagement and digital expertise

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in IT/Digital procurement, preferably in complex or regulated environments
• Strong knowledge of IT contracts and sourcing models across software, infrastructure, managed services, and hardware
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute strategically in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms - digital savviness is highly valued
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
