Hybrid working is the norm with time spent at client site, home as well as your local office. Offices are in London, Leeds, Cardiff, and Chicago, with new European offices opening shortly.

This role is aimed at candidates who want to accelerate their career in management consulting with 1-2 years post graduate experience in supply chain or procurement, based in London or Cardiff, and who will join our Accelerate programme.

What Training & Development will I receive

We invest in your development from day one. You will join our Accelerate programme with training that blends practical sessions focused on core procurement capabilities and critical soft skills. Training may include Consulting Foundation Programme, Influencing skills, and Procurement Skills Programme. You will be mentored by a Senior Consultant and have opportunities to work across categories to broaden your knowledge. Our training supports the all-round skills for success, complemented by live project work that helps you apply what you learn.
