Job Description

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to align with organisational goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring optimal performance and value for money.
• Oversee tendering processes and evaluate supplier bids effectively.
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.
• Provide guidance and support to team members within the procurement function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Procurement Lead should have:

• Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within a similar sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• The ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
