Manage spend across 300 suppliers, sourcing globally. Responsibilities:

1. Lead procurement strategy for chocolate and ingredients across UK & Ireland, demonstrating market knowledge and commercial acumen.
2. Manage a team of two, including a Category Buyer and Procurement Analyst.
3. Develop sourcing plans and supplier relationships.
4. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance using tools like Mintec, Power BI, and e-sourcing platforms.
5. Travel internationally for trade shows and supplier visits.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments.
7. Participate in team events, training, and group-wide initiatives.

• Proven experience in procurement of raw materials within FMCG.
