This role is based in Chesterfield, you will be expected to attend the office three day per week.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager – Procurement Excellence, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and value through self-serve Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
This includes increasing spend under contract and through catalogues, expanding the use of Ariba-enabled self-serve suppliers and virtual card payments, and supporting the documentation and management of sourcing and supply chain risks across the procurement function.
You’ll also:
• Lead initiatives to enhance S2P efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Technology, Treasury, and Finance teams to promote best use of buying channels
• Manage multiple projects (e.g., data/cyber risk, business continuity, procurement strategy)
• Maintain procurement SharePoint/Intranet, and “How to Buy” resources
• Provide relevant communications and training to promote efficiency inside and outside of Procurement
• Promote value-adding reporting (e.g., enablement, purchasing card opportunities
• Role model our business values and leadership behaviours
About You
• Strong knowledge ofAriba Procurement and Payables
• Proven experience incontinuous improvementwithin a financial environment
• Deep understanding ofprocurement systems, sourcing processes, and associated challenges
• Track record of improving spend compliance and driving adoption of self-serve tools
• Ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent), with relevant professional experience in a related field.
