The Role

As Procurement Manager, you'll be a key member of the commercial team, responsible for developing and delivering procurement strategies that drive value, quality, and compliance across the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of materials and subcontractor packages
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and industry standards
  • Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships
  • Oversee procurement audits and support reporting requirements
  • Implement and manage rebate schemes to maximise value

What You\'ll Need

  • Experience as a Procurement Manager or Senior QS.
  • Full CIPS membership or working towards it is advantageous
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Comfortable with a hybrid working setup - splitting time between site and home
