Role
Upon joining this Top 50, UK firm, you will get the opportunity to advise on some of the most high-value, complex developments in the UK and internationally.
You'll be at the forefront of transformational projects across sectors such as transport, utilities, social infrastructure and renewable energy (including wind, hydro, solar, and biomass).
Your role will span the full project lifecycle, from procurement and development through to delivery and long-term operation. You will advise on a broad range of contractual arrangements including PPPs, EPC and O&M contracts, framework agreements, concession agreements and joint ventures.
The clientele will include government bodies, FTSE 100 companies, global investors and major private developers, supporting projects that are shaping the built environment for future generations.
As part of one of the largest dedicated Projects teams in Scotland, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure strategy while developing your profile in this fast-evolving and impactful area of law.
Your Experience
- 5+ years' PQE in Procurement Projects Law
- Experience advising on complex commercial contracts within the infrastructure or energy sectors
- Strong communication and client-handling skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in shaping the future of infrastructure
- Collaborative, proactive and eager to contribute to team and firm growth
