• Experience running end-to-end sourcing processes (SQs, ITTs, bid evaluation, contract management)
• Familiarity with ICT procurement (e.g., hardware, software, cyber, or digital services)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Working knowledge of public procurement legislation (PCR 2015 / Procurement Act 2023)
• CIPS affiliation or training desirable
