What will you do?

We’re looking for a curious and commercially-minded Product Analyst to join our growing product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about improving customer outcomes through evidence-based product decisions.

Product Insight & Analysis

• Analyse product usage, customer behaviour and performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks
• Develop dashboards and reports to support product decision-making
• Conduct deep dives into product features and user journeys

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineering to shape product roadmaps
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and hypotheses
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner
• Document and maintain product activities, user stories, training documentation and user guides, through a central knowledge base augmented with generative AI

Continuous Improvement

• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
• Contribute to the development of KPIs and success metrics
• Help build scalable analytics processes and documentation

What will you need?

• Experience in product analytics, business intelligence or data analysis
• Passionate about product development and software as a service as a long-term career
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• You’ll be a self-starter who embraces change and always asks questions of the perceived norm
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
