What will you do?
We’re looking for a curious and commercially-minded Product Analyst to join our growing product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about improving customer outcomes through evidence-based product decisions.
Product Insight & Analysis
- Analyse product usage, customer behaviour and performance metrics to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop dashboards and reports to support product decision-making
- Conduct deep dives into product features and user journeys
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers and Engineering to shape product roadmaps
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and hypotheses
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner
- Document and maintain product activities, user stories, training documentation and user guides, through a central knowledge base augmented with generative AI
Continuous Improvement
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
- Contribute to the development of KPIs and success metrics
- Help build scalable analytics processes and documentation
What will you need?
- Experience in product analytics, business intelligence or data analysis
- Passionate about product development and software as a service as a long-term career
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- You’ll be a self-starter who embraces change and always asks questions of the perceived norm
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
