Overview
We are seeking an AVP-level Product Analyst with deep expertise in Interest Rate Derivatives. This senior role partners directly with the Front Office (Trading & Trade Execution Support) to shape strategic initiatives, streamline workflows, and strengthen control frameworks. The ideal candidate combines derivatives product expertise with regulatory knowledge and delivery leadership to drive process improvement, manage cross-border stakeholders, and translate complex requirements into impactful solutions.
Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Lead the capture and documentation of high-value requirements, breaking them into actionable user stories with measurable ROI.
- Anticipate business needs, uncover tacit knowledge, and align product capabilities with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Leadership
- Own and manage senior stakeholder relationships across regions (Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology).
- Partner with Product Owners to ensure prioritization reflects business value and regulatory obligations.
- Agile Product Delivery
- Represent business priorities in Agile ceremonies (planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Drive structured, sprint-wise delivery of initiatives, ensuring transparency of progress.
- Oversee Jira boards, dashboards, and management reporting to maintain visibility across senior stakeholders.
- Testing & Quality Oversight
- Provide SME input to define test strategies for interest rate derivative workflows.
- Oversee UAT cycles, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure readiness and timely delivery.
- Design & Governance
- Collaborate with solution design authorities to maintain best-practice architecture and configuration.
- Uphold regulatory compliance and global process standards, embedding risk reduction and operational efficiency.
- Champion governance, control, and process automation initiatives across regions.
- Objectives of the Role
- Shape the strategic roadmap for Interest Rate Derivatives product workflows.
- Deliver incremental value through structured planning, strong testing disciplines, and stakeholder alignment.
- Lead continuous improvement of processes and BAU activities, reducing operational risk and enhancing efficiency.
- Provide senior visibility into delivery progress, risks, and escalations.
- Skills/Experience required
- Proven AVP-level experience within banking and finance, specializing in Interest Rate Derivatives (IRS, CDS, FRA, exotics, futures, cross-currency swaps).
- Strong track record of managing cross-regional, senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in regulatory alignment (EMIR, Dodd-Frank, SFTR, ISDA frameworks).
- Ability to drive process automation, product delivery, and workflow enhancements.
