Opportunity: Product Consultant
The Product Consultant designs and configures our health technology solutions, drives pre‑sales activities, supports project management, and collaborates with the partnerships team. This role is ideal for candidates with a deep understanding of healthcare systems and a passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities
- System design and configuration – create detailed documentation and ensure optimal setup.
- Consultancy services – conduct workshops, training, and ongoing support.
- Pre‑sales support – deliver product demonstrations, participate in RFP/RFI responses.
- Project management support – plan, kick‑off, status updates, risk mitigation.
- Partnerships collaboration – support live customers, integrate partner products.
- Continuous improvement – track industry trends, propose product enhancements.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in system configuration and design.
- Strong presentation, communication and organisational skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with commitment to high‑quality service.
- Travel willing for client sites and industry events.
- Strong knowledge of NHS systems, health and social care operations, and international healthcare markets (desired).
- SaaS background (desired).
