What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own our roadmaps: maintain, track, and keep them realistic, flagging risks and changes in scope or priorities.
  • Coordinate delivery: manage development and design work in project tools, run standups, retros, and project-specific meetings.
  • Document scope & requirements: ensure projects have crystal-clear goals, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Spot gaps & dependencies: raise early and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Drive communication: keep appropriate channels updated, coordinate with 3rd party suppliers, and ensure the right people are in the loop.
  • Champion quality: coordinate QA/testing to ensure work meets requirements before launch.
  • Enable leadership: take on operational load so the leadership team can focus on strategy and innovation.

About You

  • Experience in delivery/project management in a tech or product-led environment.
  • Familiar with agile or lean delivery approaches (ShapeUp is a bonus).
  • Comfortable working across technical, creative, and commercial teams.
  • Organised, with the discipline to follow up and ensure problems get resolved.
  • Confident with tools like GitHub Projects, Jira, Linear, Notion or similar.
  • Strong communicator who can work with diverse personalities and disciplines.

  • Type: Full-time, permanent (40 hrs, Monday–Friday)
