What We Are Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience with FIGMA as a Product Designer
• A portfolio (uni, personal projects, or freelance work — we care about the thinking behind it)
• Solid UX thinking and an eye for human behavior
• The ability to take ownership, not just wait for instructions

• Experience with Atomic Design methodology
• Curiosity, autonomy, and the drive to grow fast
• Strong accountability and drive

What You'll Be Working On

• Own the design process end-to-end: discovery, wireframes, prototypes, final UI
• Work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and our Creative Director to shape meaningful features
• Simplify complexity into clear, intuitive flows that people love to use
• Contribute to and help evolve our design system, keeping quality and speed in balance
• Keep track of how your designs perform in the real world and push them further
