About the Role

We are seeking a driven, passionate Product Development Coordinator for Skincare to join Team Tilbury. This role involves coordinating skincare development stages, supporting the NPD team and Charlotte Tilbury artists, managing product research, sample organization, and testing coordination. The position also includes general project management tasks such as reviewing supplier submissions and supporting strategic reformulations and regional product developments. The ideal candidate will have experience in the beauty industry, particularly in product development, and a passion for skincare.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support skincare development with the NPD team and global artists.
  2. Coordinate project tasks and manage feedback from global artists.
  3. Manage sample coordination and internal testing processes.
  4. Prepare materials and samples for weekly meetings.
  5. Track project timelines and coordinate communication with suppliers.
  6. Contribute to strategic product innovation in APAC and China regions.
  7. Maintain sample filing and archive completed projects.
  8. Research industry trends and support visualization for meetings.
  9. Provide general support to the NPD team.
