Product Development Opportunity We are looking for a driven, passionate superstar to join Team Tilbury as our Product Development Coordinator for Skincare. This role will focus on coordinating the skincare development stages of projects, supporting the NPD team and Charlotte Tilbury artists. Product research, sample organisation, and product testing coordination will be a big part of the day-to-day duties, as well as general project management administration such as reviewing new submissions from suppliers across skincare projects. The role may also involve supporting strategic reformulations and regional product developments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about product and the world of skincare, and will have previous experience within the beauty industry in product development.
Responsibilities
- Support skincare development with the NPD team (including reforms and EPD where applicable) and Global Pro artists
- Coordinate Global Pro artist project tasks for skincare and manage feedback
- Coordinate and track samples from suppliers and internal sample management and distribution
- Coordinate internal product testing with wider teams
- Support the preparation of materials and samples for weekly Charlotte x NPD meetings
- Lead the coordination of project trackers and the review of project timelines
- Support communication and briefing of projects directly to suppliers
- Opportunity to work on strategic product innovation with APAC and China regions
- Maintain filing of active project samples and the archiving of complete projects
- Collate global industry product research and trends, and support visualisation for NPD meetings
- NPD general team support
About You
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strong research skills
- Self-motivated and dedicated to the brand - a positive member of Team Tilbury
- Have good project management CPA knowledge
- Adaptable and flexible
- Enjoy working on multiple projects
- Have a passion for and strong knowledge of the beauty industry - brands, product, bloggers and influencers
- Have a keen interest in all things skincare
- Skilled using Microsoft programmes - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Previous experience within the beauty industry, ideally within skincare development
