We are looking for a dynamic, commercially-minded Product GTM Manager to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth. This is a pivotal role in our product marketing team, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, proactive and thrives on data-driven performance, multi-channel execution and continuous optimisation.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Marketing, as well as wider stakeholders to translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, paid media, events and more. With the support of a digital agency, you’ll play a key role in implementing and optimising campaigns to meet performance marketing KPIs.

You will have visibility of all marketing activities happening across the board, so being a good communicator, able to prioritise and manage your workload whilst having a strong grasp of marketing metrics, across different channels and reaching typical ICPs for SaaS is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a multi-channel product marketing plan aligned with company goals
  • Integrate the product roadmap into a wider multi-channel marketing programme
  • Increase brand awareness for Feefo products coming to market
  • Build programmes for launching new products to market and create a sales toolkit
  • Plan prospect and customer marketing aligned with product marketing
  • Provide solution- and outcome-focused sales toolkit and activities
  • Monitor competitive intelligence and industry trends
  • Lead and create product marketing collateral to support launches (videos, LinkedIn Live events, case studies, blogs)
  • Collaborate with Head of Product Marketing and Product teams to ensure external-facing content is solution-focused
  • Act as an external voice for product marketing (post on social media, host LinkedIn Live)
  • Engage internal teams (CS, Product) to record videos and share insights online
  • Create effective sales kits including product presentations, buyer personas and case studies
  • Collaborate with day-to-day teams (Head of Product Marketing, Product leads, CS)
  • Draw learnings from past campaigns and apply them to future work

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B environment, ideally in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing multi-channel product marketing tactics
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Experience briefing copywriters, designers and others to create content across marketing touchpoints
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with marketing agencies
