LOCATION: Bristol or London

HOURS: Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in one of our office hubs mentioned above

The Personalised Experiences and Communications platform (PEC) is central to this transformation, working with the UK's second-largest customer dataset and the latest tools via Google’s Cloud Platform, to enable real-time personalized experiences for customers across our brands and channels.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Embed ‘continuous product discovery’ into Platform practices, integrating insights at every stage of product development.
  2. Apply analytical techniques to uncover insights into customer behavior and product performance to inform decisions that enhance engagement and outcomes.
  3. Develop experimentation frameworks to foster innovation across the Platform.
  4. Create performance measurement frameworks to track progress and inform next steps.
  5. Identify opportunities for data improvement to support key results.
  6. Contribute to and shape a Platform-wide analytical community of practice.
  7. Build strong relationships with business and technical partners across the organization.
  8. Provide evidence and challenge to influence the strategic direction of the Platform and its Products.
  9. Support data transition from GDW to GCP, maintaining continuity.

Key skills

  1. Experience in Business Intelligence & Analytics.
  2. Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
  3. Ability to tell stories through data and dashboards to varied audiences.
  4. Proficiency in SQL, with a desire to learn GCP & BigQuery.
  5. Experience with Data Visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI, with an eye on Looker.
  6. Understanding of structured and unstructured data landscapes.
  7. Excellent influencing skills and business acumen, especially in financial services.
  8. Knowledge of dashboard principles and best practices.
  9. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
