Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with Key Principal suppliers in UK market
• Drive profit margins and working capital against budget targets
• Provide technical support and training on product lines
• Facilitate product enquiries and business opportunities with sales teams
• Analyse sales data and generate reports for stakeholders
• Lead product campaigns and market mapping initiatives
• Support digital marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools
• Oversee purchasing function to meet stock turnover targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong commercial and technical background in the UK Beauty Market
• Proven supplier management and relationship building experience
• Chemistry/business degree or demonstrable chemical sector experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
