Product Manager - AI & Intelligent Automation role at Keyrock. Location: Remote, local to regional Keyrock hub locations.

We are actively building the future of digital assets and are seeking a dedicated, technically experienced Product Manager to join our team, focused on integrating AI and intelligent automation within core operations and strategic initiatives.

This role is pivotal in shaping how we augment human capabilities with AI, driving productivity, efficiency, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and intelligent automation initiatives aligned with Keyrock's objectives and technology strategy.
  • AI Application & Automation: Identify key use cases and work with engineering to integrate LLMs, Multi-Agent Coordination & Planning (MCP), and other automation technologies into products, prioritising where appropriate.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee end-to-end integration of AI models and tools into Keyrock's ecosystem, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and proper QA.
  • Financial Context & Time Series Data: Apply knowledge of financial markets and time series data manipulation to identify opportunities for AI to enhance trading strategies, risk prediction, and operational insights.
  • Human-AI Teaming & Productivity: Design products that accelerate human-AI collaboration, automate repetitive tasks, and improve workflows between operators and intelligent systems.
  • Process & Capability Shaping: Shape processes, standards, and capabilities for AI development and deployment, including data governance, model validation, and responsible AI practices with governance teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Commercial, Trading, Research, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to gather requirements, define specs, and ensure compliant product delivery.
  • Market & Technology Research: Stay informed on AI, ML, data engineering, and automation advances to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
  • Performance & Impact Measurement: Define metrics and KPIs; iterate based on data and feedback and prioritise work based on impact models.

Essentials

  • Experienced Product Leader: 5+ years in product management, with a track record of launching and scaling complex technology products.
  • AI/ML Expertise: Experience with AI/ML, especially practical use of LLMs, MCP, and advanced automation. Portfolios welcome.
  • Technical Acumen & Data Engineering: Strong understanding of software development, data architectures, and API integrations; experience with data pipelines is valued.
  • Financial Domain Exposure: Desirable experience with financial contexts, market data, and time series data.
  • Strategic & Pragmatic Thinker: Ability to translate product vision into actionable strategies and fast proofs of concept.
  • Process & Organisational Design: Interest in shaping organisational processes for new technologies.
  • Collaborative & Communicative: Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem Solver: Data-driven with a focus on automation opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive and innovative mindset in a dynamic industry.
