Grant Thornton UK is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and rollout of built and bought AI solutions that drive value for the firm. Serving over 10,000 clients across all three Service Lines – Tax, Audit, Advisory – Grant Thornton UK is streamlining internal operations and client service delivery through digitisation and AI will be a key contributor to this. As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in implementing solutions that transform how we work. You’ll have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders from across the business. A look into the role
As a Product Manager (AI) you will:
Contribute to the definition and execution of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for agreed products
Translate client and business needs into intuitive digital products and solutions
Prioritise features based on client value, business objectives, market trends and technical feasibility.
Use data, feedback, and research to inform decisions and continuous improvement
Collaborate and align the development roadmaps and designs with relevant service line and broader business stakeholders.
Collaborate with broader Grant Thornton international teams as required to ensure optimal outcome for clients and business teams.
Lead a multi-disciplinary team including developers and designers to deliver prioritised features and capabilities on time and within scope.
Ensure products meet defined standards for UX, performance, security, and compliance.
Manage the full product lifecycle using agile working methods.
Define and monitor KPIs and report on performance and adoption.
Support change management and drive adoption in partnership with service line and broader business teams.
Lead and/or contribute to establishing a product community across the firm
Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Product Manager (AI), the minimum criteria you’ll need is
Demonstrable experience of product management
Appropriate AI domain expertise: deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with experience implementing GenAI solutions and leveraging LLMs
Demonstrable ability to develop a prioritised product roadmap that delivers measurable impact – shaped by quantitative and qualitative inputs.
Experience translating business and client needs into clear technical requirements that can be scoped for time and effort to build
