An exciting opportunity has opened for a Product Manager Associate to join a leading global diagnostics organisation on a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. This company is recognised for its meaningful impact in healthcare - specialising in innovative diagnostic technologies that support more effective disease prevention, detection, and treatment. With a product portfolio that spans immunohistochemistry, real-time PCR, and next-gen sequencing, this role offers a chance to play a part in improving patient outcomes worldwide.

Based in Burgess Hill (hybrid working - 2 days per week in office), this position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience within a highly specialised marketing and product team. You'll be supporting the management of a broad diagnostic product portfolio while working cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams. It's a fantastic role for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for life sciences or diagnostics, looking to further their experience in a product-focused, customer-centric environment.

Your role as Product Manager Associate

Support the marketing and lifecycle management of a diverse product portfolio across diagnostic disciplines.

Collaborate with Product Managers to plan and execute product strategies and action plans.

Monitor product availability, working closely with internal teams to ensure supply aligns with customer demand.

Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders including sales and technical teams to support market engagement.

Contribute to the development of marketing content and promotional materials for new and existing products.

Provide administrative and strategic support across multiple product initiatives, adapting to business priorities.

Experience and qualifications for the Product Manager Associate role

Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline (business qualifications also considered).

Previous experience or strong interest in diagnostics, healthcare, or scientific product environments.

Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks across a varied and technical product range.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Confident using data and insights to support marketing or product decisions.

Comfortable working in a hybrid model and engaging with office-based teams when required.
