Overview

Role: Product Manager – Banking Technology & Compliance (AI Focus). Location: London, UK. Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO). Contract Duration: 1 Year. We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager with 12+ years of expertise to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver impactful AI-driven banking technology and compliance solutions. You will manage project planning, execution, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will serve as the central point of communication, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring outcomes meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and detailed execution plans.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across teams and functions.
• Manage resources, risks, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
• Own and prioritize complex project backlogs.
• Ensure deliverables align with business goals and quality standards.
• Communicate progress effectively with stakeholders and leadership.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of proven experience in product management and project leadership.
• Strong domain knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Financial Products.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology and the software development lifecycle.
• Expertise in backlog management for complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into robust and scalable solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Co-pilot).
• Working knowledge of GitLab and SQL.
