Are you a Product Manager with experience in working and delivering client facing portals?
The Impact you’ll have as a Product Manager
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Portal product area. The ProductManager will own and be responsible for Thredd Portal which is the digital interface that clients and stakeholders use to access Thredd’s services and capabilities. This role has a specific focus on client-facing engagement and driving exceptional user experiences.
The Product Manager will manage the product releases, vision and roadmap, and drive internal engagement.
What you’ll be doing as a Product Manager
- Delivering a unified portal experience that operates as a shared service model
- Driving the delivery and product roadmap of Thredd portal features and initiatives
- Identifying, prioritising highest value functionality and building a backlog that reflects this
- Working across both internal and external stakeholders to develop a truly unified and joined up digital ecosystem
- Engaging with customers to uncover needs and validate solutions
- Owning customer discovery, learnings and serving as the point of contact for feedback intake
- Supporting internal teams to deliver client facing documentation and enablement materials
- Creating go-to-market materials and supporting commercialisation
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful client and portal outcomes
- Working closely with Product Design to ensure the user experience from functionality to commercialisation is market leading
What you’ll bring to the Product Manager position
- Strong background in Product Management with a track record of executing product roadmaps
- Experience in client facing portals, ideally portals that serves as a single interface across multiple services
- Very strong stakeholder management experience, both internal across cross-functional teams and external with clients
- Understanding and experience managing multiple aspects of end to end product management lifecycle
- CSPO certified or any other product certification would be desirable
Where you’ll work

This Product Manager position requires you to be in the London office (Holborn) two days per week.
