Overview

Product Manager – Founding Product Manager role to shape the product, define the roadmap, and drive adoption within the AI and MLOps ecosystem. As the first product hire, you’ll help shape Superlinked’s product processes, strategy, roadmap and go-to-market approach, and work closely with founders, engineers and customers to deliver experiences for crafting search, recommendation and discovery beyond keyword matching.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy alongside the CEO—from roadmap development to execution.
• Define, prioritize, and execute features that drive developer adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with AI engineers, ML practitioners, and CTOs to understand workflows, pain points, and needs.
• Work with the engineering team to translate technical capabilities into intuitive developer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive product-led growth and open-source adoption.
• Define and track key success metrics (e.g., GitHub stars, developer engagement, conversion to paid tiers).

Who You Are

• Technical product experience: 5+ years in developer tools, AI/ML, or search technologies. Bonus: experience with retrieval systems, embeddings or vector databases.
• Founder mindset: Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership.
• Deep user empathy: Understand AI engineers and ML teams, their workflows, frustrations and aspirations.
• Excellent communicator: Able to distill complex technical concepts into clear messaging.
• Data-driven: Balance intuition with insights and track key product metrics.

Bonus Points

• Evidence of high performance in an early-stage deep-tech startup.
• A technical background (CS degree, ML experience, or past engineering role).
