About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the direction of Domino’s digital service platforms, including our IoT Connected Printer Platform, Knowledge Management Solution, and Augmented Reality Remote Video Assistant. You will define the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan that transforms how customers operate, maintain, and optimise their Domino equipment.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the direction of Domino’s digital service platforms, including our IoT Connected Printer Platform, Knowledge Management Solution, and Augmented Reality Remote Video Assistant. You will define the vision, roadmap, and delivery plan that transforms how customers operate, maintain, and optimise their Domino equipment.

This hybrid role has a direct impact on customer self-service, issue resolution, and optimisation, while supporting internal technical and commercial teams to achieve operational excellence.
