Product Manager | Digital Wealth Management – Multi-Asset – London, Hybrid | up to £82K + Bonus

We’re working with a highly respected wealth management partnership, part of a leading global private banking group, seeking a Product Manager with proven experience using Salesforce as the CRM within a Digital Wealth Management environment. The firm delivers personalised, transparent advice and sophisticated investment strategies across a broad range of asset classes, including pensions, ISAs, investments, and portfolio management. This role focuses on enhancing their digital offering across internally developed applications and best-in-class third-party platforms to support high-quality, client-focused wealth management solutions.

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in a major transformation programme, at the forefront of Salesforce CRM adoption and client lifecycle management. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders within a high-performing team that powers the end-to-end client journey. The programme is entering an exciting phase with AI-driven tools, cloud technologies, automation, and more. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and a clear path for long-term career growth within a forward-thinking, collaborative culture.

Salary: Paying up to £82,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead a major transformation programme in Digital Wealth Management, focusing on Salesforce CRM adoption and client lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and engineering teams to shape and deliver innovative solutions that enhance client experiences and scale operations.
• Partner with internal teams to integrate AI-driven tools, cloud technologies, and automation into the client journey.
• Work within a long-standing Agile team to deliver continuous change into production.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager across greenfield implementations – specifically within Financial Services
• Experience with Salesforce as the CRM of choice
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills with the ability to engage with business users (Front office, Portfolio managers) and software developers
• Experience leading teams in an Agile setting, delivering continuous change into a production environment
• Experience in financial services settings, preferably within Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking, FinTech
