The team
This role sits within ITV's Marketing Capability team, leading the strategy and delivery of marketing technologies that support campaign efficiency, personalisation, and data-driven engagement across ITV Marketing.
You'll work closely with teams across Viewer Experience. The Marketing Capability team enables ITV's broader Marketing function through smart investment in platforms and processes. Together, we're building a cohesive Martech ecosystem passionate about automation, efficiency, and impact.

As Product Manager - Martech, you'll be a key connector between Marketing and technology, helping to deliver tools that drive campaign success and audience growth. You'll support ITV's mission to improve total viewing among 25-54-year-olds and help make ITV the most talked-about brand in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Become a trusted partner for Marketing, nurturing positive relationships with media planners, creatives, strategists, and marketers.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, prioritise requirements, and deliver solutions that directly contribute to campaign success.
- Shape and deliver the Martech roadmap to ensure products are secure, scalable, and aligned with ITV's strategic goals.
- Ensure solutions meet GDPR compliance, enable campaign performance tracking, and improve how marketing connects with audiences.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria):
- At least 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager in digital or Martech environments.
- At least 1+ year specifically in a Martech product role, with demonstrable impact on product direction.
- Proficiency with DAMs, CMS, analytics platforms, and campaign tools.
- Experience owning the full product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery and continuous optimisation.
- Experience implementing third party SaaS applications for enterprise.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, consent management, and secure-by-design principles.
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs, internal tools, and legacy systems.
- Familiarity with architecture tools such as Ardoq to identify gaps and dependencies.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver against strategic business goals.
- Proficient in managing stakeholder expectations and facilitating effective communication across teams.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with Engineering, Research, UX and facilitating brainstorming & solutioning.

- Experience working on digital transformation projects with an ability to identify and act on opportunities to improve marketing workflows and campaign efficiency.
- Innovator to unlock new levels of efficiency, personalization, and creativity in our customer experiences through MarTech development.
- Experience developing experiment-led roadmaps, prioritising by effort, impact, and risk.
- Analytical problem solver capable of translating behavioral and performance data into impactful product decisions.
- Strong collaborator who can lead initiatives involving Data, Engineering, Content, and Growth Marketing.
- Capable of delivering impactful improvements in personalisation, automation, and campaign attribution.
- Curious and confident working with new technologies and innovation in the Martech space.
- Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience in B2C media, subscription services, or digital advertising is a strong advantage.
