This is the job. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in the roadside assistance sector and a solid understanding of either B2C or B2B products. As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet FCA requirements and support strong consumer understanding. You’ll also help ensure alignment with the AA’s risk and governance culture, contributing to the delivery of safe, compliant, and customer-focused products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for gathering and analysing key data to inform product decisions. You’ll review and update terms and conditions, approve marketing materials to ensure clarity and compliance, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the business. We’re looking for someone who brings a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering products that truly meet customer needs.
