Product Manager - Point of sale (B2B)
New Yesterday
Overview
We see huge opportunity in giving our merchant partners better tools — from seamless onboarding to powerful insights. We’re looking for a Product Manager who loves building business-facing digital experiences. Whether it’s a self-serve portal, a workflow tool, or an insights dashboard, you’ll design and deliver products that make life easier (and more rewarding) for our partners. This is an opportunity to shape business experiences at scale in a fast-growing FinTech, with real ownership and a collaborative team
What you'll do
- Own and evolve the business customer journey—from discovery and onboarding to ongoing value.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and product marketing to ship impactful features.
- Shape the merchant experience roadmap and drive delivery practices that balance speed with quality.
- Use data to guide decisions, measure success, and spot opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with marketing and design to craft compelling stories that help customers understand why Zopa is the better choice.
- Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders across compliance, legal, and brand to ensure we build the right experiences for our merchants.
- You've built B2B digital products before — portals, dashboards, self-serve tools, or similar. Experience in fintech, accounting, ERP, or marketplaces is a bonus.
- You're metrics-driven, comfortable with dashboards and analytics, and know how to turn insights into action.
- You're a strong storyteller who can bring customers and stakeholders on the journey.
- You thrive in cross-functional teams and love working closely with engineering and design.
- You're customer-obsessed — feedback, complaints, and insights fuel your product thinking.
- You know how to validate ideas quickly, test what works, and move on from what doesn’t.
- Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus.
About Zopa
We started our journey back in 2005, building the first-ever peer-to-peer lending company. Fast forward to 2020 and we launched Zopa Bank. A bank that listens to what our customers don’t like about finance and does the opposite. We're redefining what it feels like to work in finance. Our vision for a new era of banking puts people front and centre — we've built a business that empowers everyone to aim high, every day, to move finance forward.
We're incredibly proud of our achievements. It's not just industry awards we're winning; we've also been named in the top three UK's Most Loved Workplaces. If you embrace unconventional challenges, are unafraid to think differently, and are driven to make an outsized impact, you'll thrive here at Zopa. Follow us on Instagram @zopalife.
